26 yrs young IT professional presented with Axial neck pain with severe left arm radiculopathy. His VAS score was 10/10 for his left upper extremity.
Having tried various non- operative modalities including Cupping therapy and still he had unrelenting pain.
Clinically his neurology was intact in all his limbs but was unable to move due to severe pain. He had a large Left sided C5/6 soft disc on his MRI scan.
