22 yrs old young lady Salwa Bano from Kanpur presented with Potts Spine infection with deformity in her thoracolumbar spine ( Kyphosis ) causing immense pain and was unable to walk due to Spine instability. She underwent debridement,deformity correction ( Ponte Osteotomy) and fusion. She was able to walk without much discomfort post surgery .
