Mrs. G.S 44 yr homemaker was seen in my practice 18 months ago. She presented to me in a non ambulatory state with quadriparesis due to C3 instability and epidural abscess caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis.
She underwent C3 Corpectomy , Decompression and Stabilisation with an expandable cage at the time. She had 18 mts of ATT Chemotherapy and was followed up at regular intervals.
Today, with a big smile she independently walked into my clinic and was so happy with the outcome. She is back to her normal life.
