Mrs.R.S - OPLL Thoracic Spine Surgery.

Mrs.R S, had a long standing thoracic spinal cord compression due to a condition called OPLL - Ossified Posterior Longitudinal Ligament. In this condition the ligament becomes hard and calcified ( new bone formation ) which in-turn causes spinal stenosis due to lack of space for the spinal cord. - She had burning pain and was unable to walk and had a poor quality of life.She tried non operative options for a long time and finally underwent Spine Surgery - Posterior Thoracic Decompression, Stabilisation and Fusion. - She and her husband expressed their appreciation to KL Spine Team's efforts to relieve her off her pain and suffering.
