46 yrs old lady presented with progressive kyphotic deformity ( Hunch back ) due to her condition of Ankylosing Spondylitis.
Her quality of life was drastically reduced over the years due to progressive pain,deformity and difficulty in horizontal gaze.
She underwent Complex Spine Deformity Correction with Posterior Spine Osteotomy and T5-L1 Instrumented Fusion.
She was mobilised 24 hrs post surgery and was discharged in 4 days.
