Mr.Laxman Sahu had undergone 2 previous Lumbar Spine Surgeries ( Minimally Invasive and Endoscopic Spine Surgery) .He was in significant incapacitating pain and his quality of life was reduced significantly reduced when he consulted me .
His medical history has severe co-morbidities.He had undergone Nephrectomy ( Single Kidney Patient ) and had Cardiac angioplasty ( heart stents ) .On anaesthesia assesment he was classified as high risk for surgery (ASA 4) .
He underwent 2nd Revision Spine Surgery for Failed Back Surgery under my care at Yashoda Hospital, Somajiguda,Hyderabad.He and his son share their experience at our centre.
